Sesco Steel represents the evolution of nearly two decades of steel fabrication experience into a fully integrated, multi-facility fabrication organization. What began as Gazala Steel Fabrication — a company that earned its reputation through precision, reliability, and the consistent delivery of complex fabricated steel — has grown into a group with the scale, technology, and engineering depth to serve the most demanding industrial and infrastructure projects in the region and beyond.

Today, Sesco Steel operates three advanced fabrication facilities across Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a combined annual production capacity of 200,000 metric tonnes and an engineering team capable of delivering the full project lifecycle from detailed design through to on-site installation.

20 Years of Precision. One Continuous Commitment.

Established in 2007, Gazala Steel Fabrication built a strong and recognized reputation across the Egyptian construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, cement, marine, and heavy industrial sectors. Project after project, the company demonstrated that fabrication excellence is not simply a function of equipment — it is the result of engineering discipline, quality culture, and the consistent execution of complex scope under real-world constraints.

Landmark projects across this period include the fabrication and installation of marine pontoons for the Suez Canal Authority, structural steel works for the New Alamein Towers, major pipe fabrication for Egypt's national agricultural and water infrastructure programmes, and international structural steel supply to projects in the United States.

In 2026, that foundation was transformed. Under the Sesco Group, a new fully automated fabrication facility was launched in 10th of Ramadan City — integrating CNC automation, robotic processing, ERP-driven production management, and digitally monitored quality control into a purpose-built fabrication environment. Simultaneously, Sesco Steel Solutions was established in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, extending the group's fabrication presence into the GCC.

The group that emerged is not simply larger. It is more capable, more agile, and more precisely positioned to serve the scale and complexity of 21st-century industrial development.
